Soil Preparation.
The soil is prepared by cleaning, leveling and chemical and biological disinfections that require agrochemicals and organic matter such as fertilizers; to prevent the spread of pests that affect soil quality.

Raising Beds.
Raising beds consists of preparing spaces in the form of rectangles of land, in which the plants will be planted. It is important to take into account the dimensions of the bed because this will help improve the aeration of the soil and its hydration.

In addition, the construction of a reservoir will be carried out, which will serve as a water storage container and, through the installation of an irrigation system, will allow the water to be distributed to the entire field.

Sowing and Grafting
When the beds are ready, the variety and rose rootstocks that are going to be used in planting are selected, for which it must be observed that the plant matter is free of pests and diseases.

After 4 weeks, the graft is carried out by making a suitable cut at the base of the plant where the stem of the variety that will grow is placed.

Plant Growth.
In the plant growth stage, various care and monitoring activities are carried out so that the product is of quality and meets phytosanitary requirements before export.

Among the main care activities carried out by the company are the following:

•  Fertilization: Watering the plants.

•  Weeding: Remove weeds, which are harmful to the crop.

• Heading: Head off buds that have anomalies such as twisted stems.

• Budding: Removing buds that are out of production and allowing production to focus on specific stems and buds.

•  Pruning: After the cycle that the variety completes on average 84 days, the stems that are ready for production are cut at a certain height.

•  Application of phytosanitary products: Use of agrochemicals to prevent the spread of pests that affect the quality of the product.

• Place covers: Put paper covers on the heads of buttons that are pointed, to avoid damage to the petals
